Do I need to replace my existing hardware?

Usually not all of it. The TV boards run in any modern browser, so a smart TV, a cheap streaming stick or a small media PC works. Point of sale runs on an iPad or an Android tablet in a browser. You only need new hardware for card reading and receipt printing if your current devices are locked to another provider.

Yes. Locations belong to an organization, and a user can be granted access to one location, several, or the whole group. Owners and corporate roles get a location switcher plus a group rollup dashboard that compares sales across every store they can see.

Each screen loads a board URL with its own pairing code and then listens for realtime updates. When you save a price or hide a sold-out item, connected screens refresh within seconds. If the internet drops, the screen keeps showing the last menu it cached instead of going blank.

Do the menu board links need a password?

No, and that is deliberate — a TV cannot type one. Each board is reached through a long, unguessable pairing code and can only display published menu content. Nothing private, no sales figures and no guest data is reachable from a board URL.
